Where we work

Primary Service Areas

Heber Springs

Home base. Heber Springs is the Cleburne County seat and the town at the foot of Greers Ferry Lake, and it is where this company keeps its equipment and does the largest share of its work. Every service we offer runs here, from clearing and pads on new home sites to ponds and drainage on the county's farm ground.

Greers Ferry

Greers Ferry is raw lot country. Property around the town and along the lake runs wooded and sloped, and much of it gets bought before a single tree has been touched. Our work out here is mostly firsts: first clearing, first driveway in, first pad, on ground that has to be worked with care because the lot's trees and views are the reason it sold.

Fairfield Bay

Fairfield Bay builds on hillsides. The community sits on the lake's north shore in Van Buren County, and lots here tend to come with grade changes that flat-land plans never mention. Building pads, retaining walls, driveways with real climbs, and drainage that respects the slope make up most of what we do in the Bay.

Clinton

Clinton is the Van Buren County seat and the center of some of the best farm and ranch ground we work. Jobs out this way lean agricultural: stock ponds, pond repair, access roads back to fields and barns, and land clearing that turns overgrown acres back into working acres.

Conway

Conway is the biggest city in our range and one of the fastest-growing in the state, and growth means ground getting built on. We handle site preparation, building pads, and drainage for new construction in and around Conway, and land work on the rural acreage that surrounds it in Faulkner County.

Searcy

Searcy anchors White County with a mix of town lots, new construction, and farmland running in every direction. Our work here splits the same way: pads and site prep on the residential side, ponds, clearing, and access roads on the agricultural side.

We Also Serve

The six communities above are where the machine spends most of its time, but the working range covers the counties around them. Quitman and the rural communities across Cleburne, Van Buren, White, and Faulkner County get the same work on the same terms.

Own land here and live somewhere else?

A lot of Greers Ferry Lake property belongs to owners in Memphis, Dallas, and Mississippi, and plenty more sits in the names of Arkansans up in Bentonville or Mountain Home. We work with out-of-town owners regularly and handle the whole scope from a distance, with drone photo and video of the property along the way, so the lot is ready when you get here.
